NOTICE INVITING TENDER(Scratch Tickets)

Bhutan Lottery Limited, a State-Owned Enterprise under the Ministry of Finance is pleased to invite bids from national/non-national registered printing firms for Design, Printing, Supply and Delivery of Instant Scratch Tickets. The duly filled tender documents should be submitted to BLL office on or before 1st September, 2023 at 10:30 AM and the documents will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
