INVITING TENDER(Paper Lotteries)

Bhutan Lottery Limited(BLL) invites sealed bids from eligible national and  international registered printing firms for the Design, Printing, Supply, and Delivery of Paper Lottery Tickets for the following categories:

 1. Phuensum Weekly Lottery

 2.Bumper Lottery

 3. Scratch Cards: 

   a. Thuensum Quick Cash(T-20)

   b. Thuensum Scratch(T-30)

   c. Thuensum Scratch (T-50)

Interested eligible candidates may download the tender documents from [HERE] . The duly filled tender documents should be submitted to BLL office on or before 8th October, 2026 at 10:30 AM and the documents will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
